Rep. Matt Shea says bills deserve to see daylight

Rep. Matt Shea, R-Spokane Valley, talked with the Mike Howe radio show, and expressed concern about three key pieces of legislation that have not been presented for public hearing.  The legislation, which Shea says must see the light of day, include key concerns of the public: tax protection, Charter schools, and the use of pubic restrooms by the transgender population.  All have been denied public hearing at the hand of House majority committee heads who have refused to release the bills out of committee.
