Rep. Matt Shea tells KLFE “this state is taking such a hard left turn”

Rep. Matt Shea, R-Spokane Valley, talks about what he sees as the erosion of liberty occurring as a result of the majority party’s agenda in the Legislature. Shea argues in favor of preserving 2nd Amendment rights and against a Democratic bill that would commercialize surrogate pregnancies. He also tells KLFE how Democrats stifled debate over their proposal to force in-home family care workers to pay union dues and Republicans responded by refusing to vote on the measure. Shea also touches on legislation related to abortion, public records and the state budget.
